Kevin Rogers
Kevin Rogers is the owner and principal of the Chicago based Law Offices of Kevin Rogers. He is a trial lawyer with 25 years of experience and his practice is devoted to protecting the rights and interests of clients involved in professional negligence lawsuits, consumer advocacy, class actions, complex business litigation, and in matters where clients have suffered serious personal injuries.
He is a former hearing officer for the Illinois Department of Employment Security and prosecutor for the Illinois Secretary of State. His office currently concentrates on complex litigation in state and federal courts involving professional malpractice, consumer class actions, civil rights matters, and complex business litigation.
Mr. Rogers has tried dozens of cases to verdict in federal and state courts as well as trying hundreds of arbitrations and bench trials. He has argued cases in the Illinois Appellate Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been invited to speak before lawyers and other professionals on a variety of litigation topics. Mr. Rogers trial experience began while prosecuting civil rights violations which evolved into a broad spectrum of litigation on both the state and federal levels. He has handled everything from most complex professional malpractice cases to the prosecution and defense of corporate contract disputes. Other attorneys, individual clients and corporations often seek his counsel and advice on ethics, litigation and trial strategies.
He received his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, numerous Federal Appellate Courts, the trial bar in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and State Bar of Illinois.
